War of the Flow Trim

From Kirby Gang

The War of the Flow Trim was a war during Season 4 of KGMC between KirbySSM and KirbsSSM (also known as Ninji05, shorted to Kirbs in this article to avoid confusion). The conflict seemed to end on the 22nd, with KirbsSSM and KirbySSM agreeing to make a treaty

The Start[edit | edit source]

When KirbySSM was showing kirb curt dang nice cobang his base, he noticed that his Flow Armor trim is missing. Immediately suspecting Kirbs of taking it, KirbySSM was pretty mad. When Kirbs confessed that he did take it[1], KirbySSM demanded not only the trim back, but $10,000 of in-game currency as well. A fight broke out between the two, culminating in KirbsSSM killing KirbySSM and taking his stuff, due to KirbsSSM having better armor at the time.

Payback[edit | edit source]

When KirbySSM lost his stuff, he quickly made a deal that was "too good to pass up" with curt, who agreed to help him 2v1 Kirbs. After getting better armor, KirbySSM baited Kirbs back to his base, where all exits were blocked. This forced Kirbs to engage in a 2v1 fight, where he was ultimately killed by curt and KirbySSM.

Afterwards, KirbySSM negotiated the rest of his items back by trading some of Kirbs items back. However, KirbySSM kept most of the important items, including the Netherite Chestplate. While KirbySSM was planning on keeping all the items, Kirbs made an offer of either $100,000 in-game currency or 4 netherite debris for his items back, to which KirbySSM countered with a request for $100,000 in-game currency AND 4 netherite ingots (he misheard him saying ingots instead of debris).

KirbsSSM and KirbySSM eventually signed the "Treaty of the Flow Trim", which stated:

- KirbsSSM must give $100,000 to KirbySSM

- KirbsSSM must give 4 netherite ingots to KirbySSM

in exchange for KirbySSM:

- Returning Kirbs' armor

- Returning Kirbs' axe

- Giving 4 diamonds and Kirbs' boots immediately

Both parties also agreed to be neutral from now on.

While KirbsSSM was the one who originally suggested terms to get his armor back, and originally attempted to fullfill his terms, in the end he changed his mind and ultimately broke the treaty (see A Lingering Regret)

A Lingering Regret[edit | edit source]

While KirbsSSM did not end up fullfilling his side of the treaty, he did keep being neutral to KirbySSM, even allowing him to use his XP farm. In reality, this was all fake, really just an attempt to get KirbySSM to trust him. Kirbs was planning on waiting for the best moment to betray him, but KirbySSM was smart and did not leave many openings where he could be easily taken out. Eventually Kirbs decided to just straight up attack KirbySSM while he was at Kirbs XP farm, since at this point he had superior armor to KirbySSM, reigniting the conflict and effectively breaking the treaty he signed with KirbySSM

A Reignited Battle[edit | edit source]

Day 1[edit | edit source]

Kirbs spent the rest of the day attempting to chase KirbySSM down, albeit ineffectively. This is because KirbySSM had an elytra, meaning any time Kirbs got close to him, he could just fly away. Kirbs chased KirbySSM to his base, to spawn, to even the stronghold and the end dimension. However, Kirbs was never able to kill KirbySSM, and KirbySSM did not attempt to fight Kirbs. When KirbySSM noticed Kirbs staying at his base, he decided to burn some of Kirbs chests, to which Kirbs responded by burning every single chest, barrel, and anything else that could hold items at KirbySSM's base, as well as stealing his enchantment table and bookshelves. Kirbs also attempted to get other members of the server to teleport to KirbySSM, assumingly to rat out his position.

Day 2[edit | edit source]

The war continued as soon as Kirbs logged in, as KirbySSM prepared a simple lava trap at his log out location to give Kirbs "a scare". While he claimed this was not intended to kill him, Kirbs nonetheless considered this an assassination attempt. Kirbs tried to recruit others to his side, but they inevitably stayed out of it, KirbySSM not helping by informing everyone to not "end up on the wrong side of history"[2] Later in the day, KirbySSM attempted to kill Kirbs with instant damage potions, but flew away when he assumed Kirbs was eating an enchanted golden apple. After this, any time either of the two saw each other they would exchange some brief words and most likely fight. Now at spawn, KirbySSM told Kirbs he needed to "use his enchantment table" since Kirbs destroyed his; however, anytime KirbySSM left spawn Kirbs would chase after him. Eventually Kirbs gave up, not chasing KirbySSM as he went into his base. This is when KirbySSM "borrowed" Kirbs full enchantment set up, as well as all of his brewing supplies. After a brief stint in the nether, KirbySSM returned to fight Kirbs again, this time forcing Kirbs to run away to spawn due to getting him to low HP. The discussion KirbySSM and Kirbs had before and during the fight attracted many spectators, who stayed in to listen. At this point, Kirbs stated he was willing to become peaceful again, to which KirbySSM agreed if Kirbs gave him one enchanted golden apple, to show that "he trusts me". Kirbs refused to give it up, culminating in one final fight, where Kirbs was forced to use the god apple to survive. With the god apple now gone, Kirbs and KirbySSM negotiated new terms, effectively ending the war.
